Havenwyck Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, certificates, or tags

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, name pieces, special sizing)

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or final-sale items

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • If we determine an item was defective or incorrectly shipped, we’ll cover return costs and provide a prepaid label.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding shipping costs).

  • Alternatively, you may choose exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or develops a defect within 14 days of delivery, please contact us immediately at havenwyckjewellery@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

7. Packaging & Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Email havenwyckjewellery@yahoo.com or submit a request through [your return portal / contact form].

  2. We’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Securely pack your item with all original materials and ship to:

8. Restocking Fee

To encourage careful handling, a 10% restocking fee may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear, missing packaging, or damage not due to our error.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent version.
