We currently ship only within the United States.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after shipment

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including jewelry boxes or pouches).

Non-returnable items:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Final Sale”

We’ll provide approval and return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
