This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the United States.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If we experience a high volume of orders or any supply delays, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States.

Estimated delivery time:
📦 4–8 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather, or carrier delays.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site when available.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Havenwyck is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay for reshipping.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team.
We’ll help you open an inquiry with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.
Havewyck is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


7. Damaged Packages

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at havenwyckjewellery@yahoo.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll assist you promptly with a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
